A3 sat nav

I got a 6 month old a3 2.0 s line. It has no SD card or owners manual.
I dont know where to get either. I seen things on ebay. But they come with a warning about having the system pre loaded.
So can any one tell me what I need to do first?

What year A3? If older than 2013 you don’t have the online manual.

Supposed to be USB stick interface, or maybe iPod integration. Try to connect your iPod. Also for USB stick, it might be required to have special formatting, such as FAT32, and create the folders.
