New brake pads and discs + securing battery

Hi
Can someone help me with a couple of quick questions. Does anyone know a rough cost of replacing the front discs and pads (including labour).

Also, my battery is insecure and rocks around in the engine bay. How should it be secured?

Thanks in advance for the help.

Hi.

When it comes to the likes of brakes i don't like to scrimp, safety 1st!!! I paid £350 for disks n pads all round inc labour and inspection of car on my A4 avant n they were all genuine parts not after market. Sounds expensive but worth every penny, ow much do u value ur life n ur car???
As for the battery, is the original fixing hole there for the bracket??? If it is nip to a scrap yard n get the bracket n bolt of another audi. If it isn't do u kno anyone with a tap n dye kit? If u do a 6mm tap and 6mm bolt then still get a fixing bracket from a scrap yard... Piece of p**s...

Hope this helped...
