Hello,

I got Audi a3 1.8t AGU 1998 remap [email protected] and 195000 km
There must be lack of power, because the accelerations aren't good enough (12 sec from 100-160kmh is to much for remap). The MAF is also a little to low. VAGCOM block 25 - duty cycle is almost 100% - that's not good isn't it?

WE TESTED FOT A BOOST LEAK BUT THERE IS ANYTHINK OK!
What do you think is the problem?

sounds like the turbo may be sticking (variable veins) causing over boost then the ecu shuts down the power. check the actuator on the turbo is free, if you watch it when the engine is started you should see it move. also check the blocks with two mbar readings in it, one is specified boost and the other is actual, if the actual exceeds the spec then it probably is the turbo.

I cant check that block because AGU engines don't have it!!!!
thats all blocks I can see: (agu measuring blocks)

Sorry mate, for some reason i was thinking of the tdi version. it might be that the N75 solenoid is sticking or not getting enough vacuum (or press i can't remember which way round it works) and thats why its @99% or check that the waste gate actuator moves freely because if its sticking the ecu will duty cycle n75 @99% to try and get it to move. however if the MAF reading is low (i think it should be around 600-700mg/s @ 3,000 rpm full throttle in 3rd gear) it may just be a simple case of replacing the air mass meter? if it hasn't had one before then there is a good chance that is the cause, as a quick test you could just disconnect the MAF meter and see if there is any improvement. hope this info helps.

1. N75 is not always 99%, its jumps from 50% to 80% to 99%. I also try to pull the WG actuator with my hands and it moves (its not so easy to pull it)

2. MAF readings are 130 g/s its should be around 150 g/s. I will try to change it from my friend who also has a3 1.8t

3. My tuning man said that the turbo is probably weak/bad (should I boost even more??)

If you can move the actuator rod by hand then i think its fine, I would definately try your friends maf meter or like i said just disconnect yours, as far as i know when you unplug it the ecu uses preset values which would be better than a knackered maf meter.

If I disconnect MAf sensor then is even worse

I'll go to company where they service turbos and we will se what's with turbo which I think is the reason for lack of power
