Hi all.

I'm currently suffering from creditcrunchitus and don't know how long I will have this for, but while I've got it I thought I'd join up.

Here is my Audi A3.

Yes it's an SE with S-Line wheels. That's what happens when you get a car from Arnold Clark without doing your homework.

First two questions, does anyone on here sell S-line badges cheaper than fleabay, and has anyone installed HID's into theirs?

Hi Woody from one newbie to another!

I recently got myself an A3 similar to yours (its a 2.0tdi sline, debadged)
What colour is it? In the first it looks like a dark blue (same as mine) then in the second it looks like a dark grey metallic?

I've also been looking for an sline badge on ebay, as the one on the drivers side passenger door is gone missing! I'm just going to order some so if you want to wait a couple of weeks I can let you know how they are.

Here's a few pics of mine

Welcome and nice car, I would not badge up your car if its not a S-Line it's regarded as being a bit sad but nice car all the same.

I understand what your saying completely, but only car fans could tell the difference!

I understand that, but as I said, not many will be able to tell the difference, and its my car so each to their own!

Anyway, Im thinkin of fittin HID's, but someone advised that I need to know which headlights I have first as they may need modification! can anyone shed any light on this? (excuse the pun)!:)
