Default Remove the DVD/Satnav sys

Anyone help please my wife had a ipod adapter fitted to her Touareg and hates it, but they want £50++ to un-install the connector and refit the cd stacker they left this in the boot as was, I understand its one connector but how do I remove the satnav to get to the back of the screen module to reconnect and dis-connect the system.
