power loss / engine miss fires

i have a 1996 jetta gls with the 2.0l sohc engiine , the car was miss fireing on cylinders 1 & 4 so i changed the spark plus and wires hoping that would solve my problem . i used bosch fusion plugs and hi temp wires , now it still misses but i also losing power , the only thing that i can think is it has to be the fuel delivery system , and sugestions would help greatly

Have you tried replacing the coil pack? Or checking the distributor cap?

One time my car was missfiring and bucking and it was my coilpack... got wet.

Any luck on checking out the coil pack? If not I think I'm in agreement with you about it maybe being the fuel delivery system. Have you been able to find out any new information since last posting?
