black soot out exhaust after rebuild
have a 1995 jetta (ABA 2.0L engine) that was rebuilt, have approx. 1000 miles on it, problem is that i have black soot coming out of exhaust pipe, the question i have is:
1. how many miles does it take to seat rings? 2. could it be it is running to rich? (has fuel injection motronic) 3. could it be the pcv valve and system? any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated thanks  |
