01 A4 1.8t Q Off set

Ok i want ot put some rims on my a4 but i need ot know what my offset is. also i was told that these rims in 18 will be flush with my fender...they will like up. is this gonna casue problems when lowering?

this is a pick of the rims and i dont understand beucase this huy lowered his car just fine.

The offset is 38 and you should be fine with lowering as long as the offset is right.

the rim comes in 35 and 45 offest which do i get?

I would go with 45 depending on how wide they are
