Purchased a 2002 A2 TDI SE. Has been a great car getting about 62mpg. However it started knocking on the front suspension. I took it to an Audi main dealer & it turned out to be the front anti-roll bar, which needed replacing. Seem's odd as its only done 28000 miles but out of warranty so it cost me a small fortune. Now there is another knock which i've been told is the front tie-bars. Is this normal for a 3 year old Audi with 28000 miles on the clock to have these sort of problems. I thought Audi were supposed to be a quality car. Also the air-con smells on the lowest setting when i start the car. Can anyone help? |
