Okay, so I just bought my A4 a few weeks ago, and since then I have thrown a check engine light twice. The first time it had something to do with a "secondary air filtration". I haven't checked to see why I threw the second one yet because it just happened a few hours ago. I have been told that any time you throw a check engine light it has to do with an evap issue like a bad gas cap, or one that's not tightened properly for instance. First of all, what's the secondary air filtration..is it related to the turbo? Should I be very concerned about this? Is it pretty common? Thanks.

Thank you. Ya, when I went to have the light turned off, the guy said something about it having to do with the pump. He said it would not affect anything though and if I took it to the dealer not to let them talk me into replacing it. He said it is somewhere around $ 1300.00. I am just going to take it in next week sometime and have the entire thing inspected.
