Hey all.
I have a 1998 A4 2.8 Quattro and a day after the check engine light came on, when i barely touched the gas, the engine skyrocketed uncontrollably to 7000 rmps (limiter). When i killed it and started it back up, it revved all the way up again, no gas touched. I put some WD40 on it when i started it again, then feathered the gas and it skyrocketed again. I tried kicking the pedal up but no fix, it would just skyrocket and remain at the red-line if i touched the gas. Any ideas? |
