Default 07 A4 2.0T quattro - want more hp...

Hi, I'm new to this forum!

Got my A4 in September of 06 and I want to start off with a cheap but effective mod to get some more horsepower and hopefully more torque too.
I have a pretty small budget at the moment so that's why I want to go with something cheap, and hopefully something that won't ruin my warranty since I'm leasing the car.

Thanks guys!

Hi, performance mods don't come any cheaper than manual boost controller. You can take it off when it goes for service also. If you fancy putting your hand in your pocket you could go for a Re-map with a switching device that allows you to go back to stock for visits to the dealer

dont know if you are still looking for something as the post is a bit old, but if you are... check out apr's ecu upgrade. i know price is relative, but i consider this fairly cheap at 599 for the ecu and 150-250 for the install. will give you 35hp and 60+lb/ft. I definitely aggree with Mk2mat that you should get your ECU remapped which would be alot cheaper than if you got a chip for it because my friend who has a 06 Jetta GLI got his car remapped and he got an extra 80 hp for only $300.
