Turbo Swap

Hey guys. I'm helping a friend put turbos in an 04-05 GTI this weekend. We're using the HKS kit. Any ideas on how hard that install is going to be? And, are there any links to a semi step by step.

what do u mean turbos, dont u mean turbo =)
but here u can use APRs turbo install to see who its done

Well from what I've heard about the car...I don't think it's a stock engine. I've been told it's got an S4 motor in it, but I'm not positive. I'll find out for sure tonight and let ya know. Thanks for that link though. If it is stock...that looks like easy money.
