Hi guys!
I have a problem with my car. I just had my 1999 Audi A6 2,5TDI for 120000km service. They discovered that the belt running the watherpump (registry belt..? i dont know the english name) needs to be replaced. This is something that Audi recomends is done every 80000km. According to the servicebook this was done at 80000. Now my car just turned 118000, and its already gone bad. My question is does audi guarantee that it will hold for 80000? Can i demand free replacement of the belt? Any feedback on this issue, is appreciated! Frustrated regards Mads |
