Can you fit a turbo / supercharger to a 2.o 16v engine (93 coupe)?????

Any ideas how difficult it could be to fit a turbo to one of these? Could an amatuer do the job. And what about transplanting a turbo from an S2.

Mine is the ACE engine if it makes a difference.
