New and need help - any contacts for an S4 engine rebuild

Hi All,

I'm not new to the world of forums but I am new to this one.

I've actually come looking for help. My beloved S4 2.7 bi-t has had a fatal cam belt accident at 140k miles, Audi say the engine is shot and needs a new one at £7k. Well the cars only worth about 3-4k now so technically its a writeoff.

Anybody know a good rebuilder I could contact in the Slough / High Wycombe area that might make this financially viable?

I dont want to downgrade to 211bhp

Actually the wifes given the nod to a new one, but I'm checking out the options first before smacking the hell out of the bank account with a sledge hammer.
