Hi and a Question to Audi owners

New comer. Hi everyone!

I have a question, if I would like to sell my Audi to a dealer, would an audi/vw dealer be a better choice than other brand dealers or it makes no difference?

ps, mine is a 98 A4 quatro 2.8.

Welcome to the forum pomeron ..

I would personally sell it privately if you dont plan on px it in for another car as dealers only normally give you motor trade prices so they can make a big profit on your car.

I agree, sell privately. Dealers have to make a profit and that profit comes at buying your car for a cheaper price so the dealer can make profit. I will say it is sometimes a pain selling a car privately because you have to deal with casual lookers, people not showing up on time and other things. But the profit pays off in the long run.
