Replace Navi screen

Hi, is there anybody who can guide me through how I shall replace the screen of an Audi Navi Plus ?

I have two Navi-Plus sets.

One with damaged front panel, ie buttons and screen. And the other damaged sound systems. If I change the front panel & screen from one to the other I will have one functional set....that's what I need.

I need to change the screen/front panel from one to the other. But I do not know how to do it. I have managed to unscrew and loosen the front panel, but the screen is still attached to the unit. And then the panel will not move any further.

Thanks for helping out. very greatful. However my model is the older version of the Navi-Plus, the one with fixed screen. Thanks anyway.
