Headlamp converters

Hi all, can anyone help. I have A4Cab TDI sports `04 plate.
I need to change the headlights for driving in France (the rugby)
Can anyone advise me how to do this.

Last time i went driving in France i used these beam deflectors and found themto be perfectly adequate for the job - HEADLAMP BEAM ADAPTORS FOR CONTINENTAL DRIVING 92160 - eBay Touring Travel, Car Accessories, Cars, Parts Vehicles (end time 03-Nov-07 19:11:14 GMT)
