A6 Avant front wheel bearing replacment. Help needed please.

Hi everyone.

I need to replace to front whell bearings on my newly aquired A6 1.9 tdi sport 2001.

Can't find a "Haynes" book of lies, so just wondering if anybody has done it before and would like to give me a few tips.

Hi mate,

New to all this, so wondering if you are able to help me out.

Just brought a A6 Avant and the front wheel bearings are shot.

I would like to replace them myself if posible, but dont know what is involved.

Any ideas??

Hi bud unfortunately i havent attempted doing a wheel bearing change myself but if you post this again in the A6 section of the forum hopefully someone will be able to help you out ...
