Hi there, Just thought I would introduce myself. My name is Jordon, and I will be picking up a nice 04 plate Audi A3 next week in red. It is the 2.0ltr Tdi. Can't wait to pick it up!! I am going to chip it hopefully. A mate of mine has a VW Bora. he has chipped his with a 'tuning box'. Can't believe the difference it has made. Has anyone had any good/bad expierences with these??

Welcome to the forum !!

You would be best to get the ECU remapped rather than adding a chip tune box ?? as chips are only needed on older pre 2000 vag models where the ECU cant be flashed ..

Thanks very much for that then, anyone know how much it costs to have the ECU Remapped and who would be best to go to in the South Yorkshire area?

Welcome,

As stated a remap would be the best option and if you where to contact a REVO agent you could have a 5hr flash (5hrs of running time that is) to see if you like it before they give you the full works.
