Default Stereo went out/ blank red screen

Morning,

Before I start messing with fuses or going back to the dealer, anyone experienced the stereo just go out on an A6 2002 2.7T? Thank you.

Yes,remove radio remove fuse behind multiplugs leave for 10 secs and reconnect.There were software alterations to sympony 2 units to stop this occuring.If you have a pre 21/22 version its a new unit.If fault is repeated replace with optimized software.Please find your radio security code before disconnection.Regards jon
