Default 2.0E to VR HELP!

Guys...what's up! I'm new on this forum.. I got a 80 B4 2.0E front, the engine has some poor 115hp in a OHC non-crossflow head... I think all of you know that lol So my plans are: engine swap to a VR6 AAA block (12Valve 174hp VR6) and custom engine management. My question is, is the stock tranny housing bell the same as the VW 02 transmission of the 4cyl engines??? Cuz if it's the same I'll just look for a vr6 tranny housing and put it to my Audi's transmission. Can someone of you give me some help with this problem? Thanks a lot.
