1998 Audi A6 - Need Code for my audi concert Bose audio system

Hello:

I have an 1998 Audi A6. The audio system is in the safe mode. From the Ti Kan: Audi Concert Radio I found that if have the code I can re-activate the audio system. The dealer here syas that he needs $50 for giving me the code.

Can someone please help to get the code? I presume with my car's vin number one can get the code with a software.
