Default Electronic Speed Limitation??

Hello Everyone, I am new to the Forum, but not to AUDI...
Does anyone know how to raise or eliminate the Electronic Speed Limitation?
I am getting ready for some modifications to my 2003 and wanted to know if anyone has been able to remove it sucessfully.

My TT hit the limit at 215 kilometers per hour. You need to go faster than that?

215 KM is about 134 mhp, on my stock A4 with 170hp i bogged out at 125 damn that governer, but a chip will remove it but i think u can top out at 135-140mph with the extra power of the chip depending on which brand
