Hi Forum
I am an owner of an Audi A6 2.5tdi V6 with 70k miles on the clock. It is coming upto the 80k cambelt service. I have had quotes ranging from £400 to £800 to change the cambelt. However the themore expensive quotes include changing of other belts, dampners, water pump etc. I am not a mechanically minded but thoroughly enjoy the drive. Is it worth changing the auxillary belts, pump etc for 800 pounds ? Look forward to your response Gecko |
