I due to pick up my first Audi on Thursday. It's a 2001 (new shape) denim blue 1.8 T Quattro. And I can't wait

hey guys..

i m new too, and i dont think creating another topic with increase me chances of getting popular.

unfortunately, i m one of the unlike a4 owners. well, probably not so unlucky.

i just got a 2nd hand 96 a4 1.8 NA. so i guess, i have the least of engines the A4 could ever have. since i just got it, i think i better make do with it until i find the means to upgrade to b6, soon i hope.

my problem now is my auto gbox. i really cant stand it. we all know the 1.8 NA only puts out 125bhp, and though my car had gone through some mods like p&P, its power delivery is not satisfactory.. mainly due to the auto gbox.

i m in malaysia and i m finding it really hard to get parts and services to change my auto trans to a manual. any advice? can i fit other VAG model manual gbox?
