Removing Door Panel

Hey guys how do i remove door panel?? Here are some pictures of the screws i found (and tried unscrewing, where one screw ended up not being able to be put back in properly

)

Can someone please tell me how i could remove the door panel??

Update: Found 2 more screws, however when i unscrewed i couldnt get anything off
