02 Audi TT 225 60K, buy or no buy off lease

Hey All, I have an 02 Audi 225 Roadster, Raven Black, AWD, newer tires, new clutch etc. with 60K miles. All stock. Anyway the buy out is about 17k off Audi. I am just wondering what the Audi TT community thinks about making a purchase out of this one? I like the car and I am thinking about a chip, new shocks, exahust as an upgrade.

I know I have to replace a timing belt at 75K, and my Airbag light went on the other day (who knows on that), but I am wondering what else I can expect and do you ALL think it is worth buying. Please give me your honest thoughts.

well for starters, 17k......do they have masks on, cause thats daylight robbery!!!
i would be looking to pay no more than 14k for that model!

Matt H when you say 17k do you mean £££ or do you live in usa $$$ ??
