Play dvd in sat nav

Hi i have an Audi A4 Avant with Audi Navigation Plus, it plays mp3 and has a dvd rom player can i watch a film in any format i also have the two sd cards slots.

No you can't watch a DVD on any existing Audi nav system. You need an external DVD player and a video input of some sort.

you need to buy the 'tv' unit for it and wire it in, i believe the freeview unit costs around £230 from places like ebay, whti the tv unit, you can the attach a dvd player or even a ps2 or other video source.
