Default Need some DIY help

Ok, so I had the stupid bad luck of catching a rock right in the center of my passenger side fog light on the highway a few weeks ago. (2006 B7)

I have the replacement light houseing, but before I start, I was wondering if anyone has any advise/experience in getting the bumper off, or what ever I will have to do to gain access to the fog lights. I have looked around for some tutotials, but haven't had any luck.

Any help or links would be awesome!
