does any body know what size sd card is the max that can be used!!

You need special equipment to store data onto memory cards.

The file and folder names must be no longer than 64 characters.
The MP3 player supports the format MPEG-1, layer 3. We recommend
a bit rate of at least 160 kbit/s for compressing MP3 files. The
MP3 player supports fixed bit rates from 32 to 320 kbit/s.
In the case of MP3 files with variable bit rate the display of elapsed
playing time may deviate from the actual figure.

Each medium is limited to a maximum of 400 files and 256 file

does this mean i can use a 2 gb, as long as it has less than 400 files!
