Default I Need some Help Badly!!!!!

I could really do with your help, I have and Audi Cylinder/Rocker Head and
my problem is i do not know what audi it is from, Now i have some numbers
off of it which i was hoping you might be able to figure out which audi it
would be from and if you could find out for me t would be great help.....the
numbers are as follow's.......026103373Q and there is a 7 to the right and
up on its side, also the name on it says GEM TEC and there is one more
number on it which is
2456
6ZA.

Could you please hopefully find out which model of Audi it is from?
Which model?
What Year?
Anything about it please!!!!!

I would really appreciate it.

But it says Audi on the unit!

then i dont know then but VW and audi are the same though
