I don't know about the factory, but you can reach Audi through their web site at www.audi.com. Have you tried contacting Audi Panama? Their phone number is 507-270-4111

Yeah i have tried to, and i went to the dealership and everything, but they still cant find the problem my car has, so im going to send an email to the audi in germany so they can help me even further, where can i find this?

i really need to email it because the audi delaership doesnt wanna replace the transmission and thats $10,000 and i dont think that we should pay because of a factory error
