3.0 cold start knock

04 3.0 has a cold start knock have tried synthetic oils and different filters new to audi but have never had this with my other vehicles

hi there just wondering if you might have found out anything on your car because I myself just bought a a6 3.0 04 with 47000 miles and I have the same issue .I have had it at audi and they said everything is fine but I never thought that a knocking sound was normal but they said it was . Just seeing if you might have heard something else , I also am new to audi
