Question How do you re-set the service reminder?

I posted this in the C5 forum, but had no luck, so I thought I'd post here. I have a 2003 A6 allroad. My husband did my 70,000 mile service himself, rather than taking to the dealer. However, the service reminder message comes on every time I start the car. We do not know how to re-set it. Please tell me I don't have to have the shop re-set it. Can anyone direct me?

Don't remember the exact procedure but I did find it in the owners manual. I think you heve to turn the key to on, not start, and pull out both the odometer reset and clock. Don't hold me to that but it is definately in the owners book.
