Hi everybody..., thanks for looking, I got problem with my car, I got hesitation when acceleration, and I am seriously looking for any help..., firs two garages told me I got faulty turbo, turbo actuator, lambda, maf, map sensor, air leaks, so many things - something make overboosting,I replace so many things, because I love my car, I spend fortune, still no difference..., finally in third garage , they find my boost ( pressure ) is hardly over 0,5 bar, should be around 1 bar, but they can't find where is fault, turbo is new, n75 valve is 3 months old, new dv, no air leak , new maf, new map sensor , my car doesn't got egr valve, new lambda sensor, but hesitation is still there, and garage just told me,my car got underboosting..., they can't find what is wrong..., I am not sure, if I got underboosting, but what I am sure is hesitation, what is my pain...
thank you very much for any help or advice ... |

this is a 1.8 t then, make sure all vac pipes are secured with clips,if they arent they will lose pressure when boosting (they can move at the connection)also check that the intercooler is leak free and again check evary single pipe for any signs of a leak and replace g31 intake pressure sender and also check the plugs and fuel pressure.Under boost refers to vac leak/intake leak most prone is the pipe coming from the turbo to the intercooler and also if your running 200 bhp you must have changed the intercooler to increase air flow cooling as this could be your fault.

[ATTACH]5073[/ATTACEffect: Boost pressure too low Possible fault sources:
1 - Connection hoses and pipe between exhaust turbocharger and charge air radiator 2 - Hose between charge air radiator and intake pipe 3 - Charge air cooler 4 - Sealing of boost pressure sender -G31 (in charge air cooler with engine codes ANB, APU only) 5 - Sealing between throttle valve control unit and intake pipe 6 - Sealing between intake pipe and cylinder head
