power window failure

The power windows failed on my 1995 Audi A6. Can't find a fuse. Any answers? Thanks.

Have the same problem. I was told by previous owner that when the stereo was changed there is a fuse in the driver door panel that gets shorted and needs replacing. I can not verify this but will be trouble shooting my own this weekend. If you have tech manual check for this fuse and let me know as I do not have mine yet. The fuse from dealer is said to cost about $200 to $250. Hard to believe.

Hi I also have power window (and sunroof) failure. The main thing that i can see that connects them all is the window/sunroof auto close relay, but i have yet to locate it !! I Have looked in 4 different places with no luck. If anyone can guide me to it i would be much obliged. Rgds Jinxie

had fuse 14 (i think)overload and melt in the fuse box, after that poltergiest moment, the windows and sunroof do not work. the memory seat function doesn't work now ,but the electric seats still perform their functions. no fuses listed for the windows like someone replied. had a mechanic mention might be the comfort module (vin specific,sounds $$$). manual says the window have a circuit breaker that auto resets. i guess it didn't. anyone ,bueller?
