i have 2000 audi a6 awd 2,8 5 speed stick.the dealer installed left side front drive axle that was too long the car was not driveble. put car on lift when you turned the front left shaft the motor would move over .5 of a inch. they me i would need to buy a new axle that was smaller. called all over and the only axle i got was too short. os back to audi for the right size axle,$379.00 later got part installed myself 90 percent of vibe gone except when i step on the gas, turn wheel to the right or hit a dip in road. i replaced the trans mounts. left front lower control arms ball joints damage from too long of axle. can not find problem. tuseday gonig to remove differential and look inside drive the car with too long axle may of damage something ???. it is my only car i need some help.i am not taking back to audi.
