winter tires

Hey, I'm a new Audi A6 Avant owner, never owned Audi before.
Q. Are the all-season tires and quattro system more than adequate for Canadian winters or should I invest in snow tires?

I'm in MN, and have all-season tires--works perfect. If you are decent at driving in the winter, its no problem...if you arn't confidant, buy some nice snow tires. Just last winter some truck was trying to go up this hill and kept slipping...i went around him

I have some Kumo ASX all seasons on my 4.2. They work OK for northern Ohio and the lower Great Lakes.
