audi A6 wont start...

have an audi A6, parked up for a week, went to start it.... the key turns round and all the lights come on as they should, when you go to crank it up, the battery light foes out but nothing! have both feeds to starter motor, have fitted a new starter motor but still nothing. have spoken to audi hq but they dont know either, any ideas? greatly appreciated!

If the motor won't cranh then I'd look closely at the electrical system. How's the battery? Will it take a jump start? I trust you've looked at all the fuses relays etc...Also check out the ignition switch itself.
