low oil pressure. help!

any help would be greatly appreciated.i have a 06 a4 1.9tdi...107000 miles and today just out of the blue a low oil pressure warning light came on,followed by esp light and then engine management light and then the rev counter kept flicking from 2000 revs to 0.car is driving perfect and oil level is good.only thing i can think of is about 3 weeks ago i did an oil change and only put 10w40 part synthetic instead of 5w30 full like recommended.

Try changing the oil filter as an easy first attempt.

One get it scanned but if the tdi is anything like the 1.8T then it may be sludge blocking the pickup pipe which will need the sump dropped and replaced and while your at it replace the oil pump.
