Default ac Evap Freeze

Hi All... have posted this before with no response.
My evap is freezing up, despite a proper charging.
Has anyone ever had this problem. I suspect the temp sensor switch, but not
sure.
Thanks.
Pete

Evaporator freezing is most likely caused by moisture in the refridgerant circuit, I would suggest a new receiver dryer and an hour of vacuuming the system before recharging, double check the quantity of refridgerant required and add 10ml of PAG oil.

Badger... thanks fro your reply.... you made good points.
One thing I forgot to mention, is that the compressor NEVER cycles off.

What model and year do you have? They don't cycle on and off like the older systems.

Start by replacing the dryer and give it a good vacuum.
