Clicking noise from Dash

When I shut off the engine of my 2003 A4 the is a clicking noise that comes from behind of the right hand (passanger) side of the dash. This noise lasts for about ten seconds or so and sounds almost like a CD changing. Anyone know what this is and if it could be serious (eg stranding me somewhere)? Many thanks.

This will be the motor for recirculation flap on you heater/ac box, it shuts when you turn off the engine, the small motor will need replacing.
