Unhappy I'm on foot patrol

Well I dropped the car off to have the car worked on to get some things upgraded and have some thing fixed. In the mean time I'm stock with public transport for the next 3 days.
So you ask what are you having done, well the things I'm have fixed are:

New oil pump:
My car sound like a diesel when I start her up then 5-10 sec later it smoothes out.

New Sump:
I hit a high sleeping policeman (Speed hump) and cracked my sump open but I chemical metal repaired it 2 months ago and now is a good time to change it.
Cambelt: While the engines out why not.

Upgrades (this is the good bit)

Second-hand (20k) stage III sounthbend clutch is going in.
Scroll K04 Outlaw: This baby is a K04-15 turbo that I bought dead from Canada and had it refurbished and upgraded to a higher spec than a K04-23 turbo (225TT) and should once mapped (At a later date) with larger injectors and 2.75" exhaust be looking for around the 270bhp mark (fingers crossed).

Yeh your right but I hate public transport although I get a train every day now but I used to drive to the station (5min) now I have to get up earlier and get a bus to the station but then the work is only costing £350/$700 so I should not complain for a few days on the bus.

Well he's a friend that runs his own shop and specialises in engine conversion for the Golf’s mainly 1.8T 20v in to Mrk I, II, III with some VR6 conversions from time to time.

Dropped by last night after work to see where we are at and fingers crossed today is the day, just need to finish’s installing the turbo, oil pump and fix a pipe they broke then drop it all back in. While I was there he was trying to talk me in to an R32 engine conversion for around £3500/$7000, he got four engines sitting in his lockup and a fifth being installed in a Golf Mrk III. That’s just say the temptation was there but the funds are not so you know what the answer was.
