so some a$$hole backed into me and now i can't open my hood...please help

So last night i was out to the bars, got back to my car and some ******* backed into me. two small dents in the hood that must have bend some metal for the latch or something but now i cannot open my hood. It still pops up when i pull the lever but i can"t get into it when i pull the hood release on the grill. Does anyone know how i can get my hod open? thanks
