Newbie here..... got a few questions :)

Hi Guys...

I am a newbie to these forums so please go easy on me. I do not own an Audi but for the longest have wanted to. I really dig the A4s.
My dream A4 would be a gray 6 speed manual. I have never driven and Audi so I have a few questions.


1. How is the manual transmission on the A4s? Is it reliable?

2. How is the gas mileage on the 2.0 liter A4 engines? I drive about a 100 miles a day so that is kind of important. Do you feel like you are driving a honda civic when you drive an 2.0 L A4?

3. A4s break down every week! That’s what a lot of folks say. How much truth is there in that statement?

4. How would you rate Audi’s warranty? Or the dealers?

5. Would you recommend buying a new one or an old one? I really want a new car ( maybe because I have never owned a new car before I guess.. haha)

6. Do you think the new A4s are really worth $35000?

7. Would you recommend going for the 08s or should I wait for the 09s? I wont be buying till October at the earliest anyways.
