Default Aero wiper gets stuck under arm, leaves large unwiped spot

OK i have a 2004 S4 with aero wiper blades and it just recently went out of warranty. I had it at the dealer and told them that I had the problem and the guy told my wife that he was 90% sure it was the wiper blades. Well it didn't end up being that at all. The blade on the drivers side is getting caught under the arm when it wipes and leveraging the middle of the blade off the window.

First question. Has anyone had this problem? Second, if not does your wiper blade slide smoothly under the arm on the drivers side. Mine seems to be stuck under the middle of the arm until it wipes and then it gets stuck on it. I'll try to upload some pics if I can. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
