I'm not sure what it could be. I know that my r and p is going, but I don't think that the p-steering unit would be responsible or do that. Maybe it's just ice build-up? Ugh. This blows. I just bought the car and there's all of this crap happening. Welcome to the wonderful world of EUROPEAN Cars, eh?

Have you checked your wheels as they might have lost a weight which are put on when the tyres are balanced ?? This can cause steering wheel wobble at diffeent speeds or under breaking ..
