Code showed a problem between air pump and sec O2 sensor. 2 weeks later my flex pipe burst. I put a NEW flex and NEW sec O2. ENG check light went OFF for 2 days and then came back... Is it ok to pun NGK O2 sensor in Audi? Also, whats the proper way to check air pump? please, any help....... Best regards, Kirill |

When replacing emmission control components it's important to reset the adapted learnt values after repair and reset the readiness code, if this is not done the light can come back on after a couple of drive cycles (around 40 miles) During the readiness test the pump air flow is checked. In my experience non Audi probes give more problems.
